Local, cold smoked melt in your mouth salmon served with red onion slivers, capers Served on cucumber with chef’s mild horseradish cream sauce

Fresh Atlantic Mussels
One pound of fresh mussels steamed in garlic & white wine. 

Crab Cakes
Wake up your taste buds with our delicious Crab Cakes (3) served with homemade Cajun mayonnaise and a fresh lemon wedge.

Broiled Garlic Bread
Small loaves split, covered with garlic butter, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese.

Jalapeño Hummus for Two
Traditional hummus with a bit of kick. Served with toasted pita slices for dipping.

Outstanding and traditional. The Grubstake’s signature Caesar dressing with romaine lettuce, croutons and real bacon bits. Add chicken or shrimp.

Lunch Time
Harvest Roast Chicken Panini
Grilled chicken breast, with roasted red peppers, lettuce, Thai chilli sauce and provolone cheese, served with a cup of soup or a touch of house salad.

Vegetable Panini
Lightly grilled vegetables, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, provolone cheese, with a sundried tomato and basil spread, served with a cup of soup or a touch of house salad. 

Lobster Roll
with Potato Salad.

Phillycheese Steak
Phillysteak, onions, mushrooms, green and red pepper, mozzerella cheese and our house BBQ sauce, served with homefries or chippers.
